Simpiwe practises in the dispute resolution department of Knowles Husain Lindsay. He began his articles at Njokweni Incorporated and subsequently joined Knowles Husain Lindsay as an article clerk in 2009, thereafter being appointed to his current position as an Associate.
Some of Simpiwe’s areas of practice include legislative drafting, labour law, commercial contracts, commercial litigation, regulatory and administrative law, as well as High Court and Magistrate Court litigation.
Morgan specialises in dispute resolution, with particular emphasis on insurance, construction and engineering disputes. He served articles of clerkship with Knowles Husain Lindsay and was appointed as an associate in 2013.

Cristy joined Knowles Husain Lindsay in 2013 as a candidate attorney, was admitted as an attorney in 2015 and was promoted to a senior associate in 2018. Part of the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution department, Cristy has been involved in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters and has a particular interest in cyber law.
Cristy’s experience extends to litigation conducted in the High Court, Supreme Court of Appeal and Constitutional Court, as well as to arbitrations. She also has experience in drafting a variety of commercial agreements.
