Francois was the head of KHL’s Corporate and Commercial Law department from 2006 until 2019. He has a passion for business and commerce, and practicing commercial law accordingly is a natural fit for him. He enjoys getting to know and understand his clients’ businesses and commercial objectives. His focus is on helping clients to arrive at practical, yet legally sound, solutions.

Darren is a registered patent attorney, attorney and tax practitioner. The lions’ share of his practice is devoted to the maintenance of large,
high-profile patent and trade mark portfolios around the world. Darren also has a particular specialisation in the commercialisation of IP,
research and development tax incentives, and exchange control matters having IP as basis.

and legal work for a number of clients across a spectrum of industries, including the pharmaceutical, petrochemical, electronics, explosives, cosmetics,
